Bluebird
Perched on the well-heeled King’s Road, the iconic London restaurant offers a simply sublime afternoon tea, elegant food and exciting cocktails in the centre of Chelsea. Following a recent relaunch, Bluebird comes complete with new Executive Chef Simon Gregory, and his stunning signature dishes, as well as a creative new cocktail list. The striking Art Deco landmark built was built in 1923, designed by Robert Sharp, as a garage for 300 cars, including the Bluebird racers driven by record-breaker Sir Malcom Campbell, and this rich heritage is woven through the restaurant’s redesign. A pillar of the surrounding community, Bluebird has always effortlessly blended relaxed dining and sensational sips with a striking interior and glamorous clientele.

Aster, the latest restaurant from D&D London, is situated in Victoria’s new food hub, Nova Food. The 10,000 square foot space, designed by Russell Sage Studio, is set across two floors, a café and deli can be found on the ground floor, and upstairs a stylish restaurant and bar.
Helena Puolakka, Executive Chef, takes the helm in the kitchen, serving Nordic cuisine from her Finnish heritage complemented by classic French techniques refined over her career.

Skylon is a D&D London restaurant located in Royal Festival Hall, with panoramic views across the River Thames, and comprising of a beautiful restaurant, stylish grill & destination bar. Kim Woodward is Executive Chef of Skylon.
Her menus are seasonal, sourcing produce from both the UK and mainland Europe, Kim comments that ‘the quality of ingredients available across the UK and within Europe is unrivalled in my eyes, we are so lucky to have such amazing choice so nearby.’
