Cherry Blossom Blooming at Kurobuta
In Japan, cherry blossoms bloom for only a short period. Cherry blossoms also represent the fragility and beauty of life. The newest drink at Kurobuta is a perfect fixture for the Chelsea Flower Show. Fortunately for you, this cherry blossom won’t be going away any time soon.
The cocktail is a blend of sweet cherry flavoured spirits, coconut rum and coke, mixed with maraschino liqueur, cherry syrup and raspberry puree and garnished with a maraschino cherry nestled beside a folded nori sheet to imitate a flower in bloom. Come and get your own cherry blossom before they are all gone.
