OBJECTIVE:

To activate and provide strategic counsel around the Margarita Loves Cointreau campaign – celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Margarita cocktail and Christmas at the end of the year. To amplify ad campaign to trade in summer and support Cointreau with partnerships and events.

APPROACH:

KK started the campaign with a trade bartender competition. We gifted targeted media Cointreau trunks to introduce the campaign and use as an invite to a masterclass with Alfred Cointreau and a pool party at the new White City House. KK has been working with key media titles to get the Margarita cocktail covered as product placement as well as utilising the opportunities with Alfred Cointreau and partnerships and events.

RESULTS: 

In the few months since we’ve started, we have achieved attendance to Cointreau events from high profile media and we have achieved coverage in trade titles including Bar Magazine and Drink Me and consumer titles including; Metro, Buzzfeed, It’s Rude to Stare and Country & Townhouse with many more in the pipeline.
